PE Foam Pipe & Rod Extrusion Line is equipped with a single extruder, economical extruding system for the production of extruded expanded cellular Polyethylene foam pipe and rod consisting of innumerable closed cell from low density Polyethylene, using Butane, eco-friendly blowing agent and other additives.

Application

-PE foam pipes exert high effects of temperature and cold keeping and is excellent for preserving heat and cooling energy- Air-Conditioning and Refrigeration for Insulation applications, bicycles and packaging of bulbs and tube lights etc.

-PE foam rods find applications in construction industry as a foam filler in separation joints, pressure relief joints and expansion joints, to overcome the expansion and contraction problems arising due to alternate heat and frost conditions, seepage of water and moisture etc. which simultaneously also provide even surface to the joint.

-PE foam profiles are an ideal solution for protecting furniture, household appliances, electrical and electronic equipments, consumer electronics, marbles, glass and cars glasses from impacts and vibrations.
